This page describes, at a general level, how CyberCheck handles data provided to it by customers and prospective customers in the course of business.
Scope
Where CyberCheck processes personal data on behalf of a customer as part of delivering our products or services, we do so only for the purposes agreed with that customer, and in line with their instructions.
Data security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Sub-processors
We may engage third-party service providers (for example, cloud hosting or infrastructure providers) to support the delivery of our services. Any such providers are only granted access to data necessary to perform their function.
Data subject requests
If you believe we hold data about you and wish to exercise a right of access, correction, or deletion, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Specific data processing agreements
